These terms apply to CVF Community Connect websites, public information, and participation forms operated by CVF Community Connect LLC.
Public information
Directory and website information is provided for convenience. Information may be incomplete, unavailable, outdated, or changed by a provider without notice. Contact the provider directly before relying on availability, eligibility, hours, cost, location, or intake details.
No emergency or professional service
CVF Community Connect does not guarantee emergency, crisis, or other service availability. The website does not provide professional, legal, medical, financial, or crisis advice. For an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service or qualified local resource.
No provider endorsement or guarantee
Listing a provider or service is not an endorsement. CVF does not guarantee provider quality, outcomes, eligibility decisions, response times, safety, licensing, funding, or continued operation.
User submissions
Provider suggestions, corrections, access requests, research packets, and related public submissions may be reviewed, edited, declined, retained as permitted by policy, or used to improve listings. Submission does not guarantee publication or create control over a listing.
Volunteer submissions
Submitting volunteer interest or an application does not create employment, independent-contractor status, compensation, internal system access, or publication rights. Any role, assignment, access, or account requires a separate authorized process.
Future voluntary support
Future support payments, if enabled, will be voluntary and are not tax-deductible charitable donations. A payment will not create ownership, membership, voting rights, investment interest, repayment rights, control over the company, or guaranteed outcomes.
Changes to these terms
CVF Community Connect LLC may update these terms as the project and its services evolve. The effective date displayed on this page will identify the current version.
