This page explains how CVF Community Connect LLC handles information received through its public participation and review pathways.
Information we collect
We may collect information submitted through volunteer-interest and volunteer-application forms, provider suggestions, provider access or listing-change requests, and contact email. We also use limited technical information needed for security, rate limiting, fraud prevention, and reliable operations.
How information is used
Information may be used to review and respond to a request, verify provider details, evaluate volunteer interest, prevent fraud or spam, protect system security, maintain audit records, and operate or improve the project.
Sharing and sale
CVF Community Connect LLC does not sell personal information. Information is shared only as reasonably needed for operations, with service providers supporting those operations, for legal or security purposes, or with consent.
Public provider information
Organization and service information obtained from public sources or submitted for review may be verified, edited, and displayed publicly if an authorized administrator approves it. Private contact or review information is not published automatically.
Avoid sensitive information
Do not submit passwords, credentials, government identification numbers, financial-account details, medical records, private applicant information, or unnecessary sensitive personal notes.
